The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is planning a project to improve the intersection of Route 36 (Woodbury Pike) and Route 2004 (Cross Cove Road) and township road T-608 (Cross Cove Road) in Taylor Township, Blair County. The project will include reconfiguration and reconstruction of the intersection to improve the safety and movement of vehicles through the intersection.

- Alternatives Analysis completed and meet with Stakeholders in Spring 2026 (Complete)
- Meeting with Public in Late Spring or Summer 2026 (Complete - held May 26, 2026)
- Engineering of selected improvement to be completed late 2029
- Construction to begin early 2030
- Construction completed up to approximately 2 years after beginning
