    This project is the replacement of the existing bridge that carries Ridge Avenue over Amtrak and Conrail rail lines in the City of Philadelphia. The existing bridge is a 3-span concrete encased steel bridge constructed in 1916. The bridge is in poor condition, and full replacement alternatives are being considered. The project also includes approach roadway reconstruction.
