    The proposed project will improve two intersections on Chichester Avenue and the I-95 ramps in Upper Chichester Township, Delaware County.

    The proposed work includes:  

    • Reconstructing and converting the existing two-way stop-controlled intersections into modern roundabouts.
    • Installing intersection lighting.
    • Reconstructing sidewalks and ADA accommodations.

    Project Outreach

    PennDOT invites the public to attend a live virtual meeting for this upcoming project on Wednesday, November 12, beginning at 7:00 PM, by clicking on this Microsoft Live Teams meeting link prior to the presentation start time. The department’s design team will deliver a project presentation before opening the meeting to questions using the platform’s Q&A feature.
