The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is developing plans for the Pump Station Road (T-428) Bridge over Wooden Bridge Creek Replacement Project in Taylor Township, Fulton County. The project will include the replacement of the existing bridge-structure with a precast concrete box culvert. Traffic will be maintained using a detour during the construction of the culvert. The 3.4-mile detour will use Route 425 (Laidig Road), Route 4007 (Little Egypt Road) and North Hess Road. The project is expected to begin during the summer of 2028 (after the school year) and be completed by August 2028.
