Route 3012 (Oak Street) proposed improvements will include the replacement of the existing two 5 foot diameter precast concrete pipes under fill that carry Oak Street over Keyser Creek with a new precast concrete box culvert. Approach roadway work will be minimal; approximately 130 feet on both approaches. Guide rail will be updated within the project limits and traffic will be maintained along with roadway via staged construction.
It is estimated that construction will begin in the winter 2028 with completion in the Fall 2028.
The purpose of the public plans display is to introduce the project and receive public input regarding the proposed improvements. The public is encouraged to respond to the public questionnaire by clicking "Submit a Comment" above.
