    Woodbourne Road over I-295 Bridge Repairs

    The proposed scope of work for the Woodbourne Road bridge over Interstate 295 includes a Latex Modified Concrete (LMC) overlay on the deck and various substructure repairs. Additional work includes the resealing or replacement of the deck joints, replacing a portion of the damaged barrier fence, and spaII repairs on the barrier. Drainage will be improved, bearings will be cleaned and repainted, and epoxy resin will be applied to piers. There will not be any modifications to the existing guiderail or the guiderail connections to the bridge barrier.

    During construction, traffic will either be detoured or maintained across the bridge using staged traffic control. The anticipated detour is 3.8 miles, and the route utilizes Routes 213, 413, and 248. No temporary construction easements will be required.
