The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) invites the public to an in-person and virtual plans display regarding the Route 4026 (Prichards Road) Structure Replacement Project over a Branch of Hunlock Creek in Hunlock Township, Luzerne County.
The project consists of the replacement of the existing structure located on Route 4026 Section 352, carrying traffic over a Branch of Hunlock Creek, including approach roadway replacement and upgraded guiderail and end treatments. The existing 10’-0” stone arch culvert will be replaced with an 11'-0" x 5'-0" precast reinforced concrete box culvert. The proposed roadway will consist of 2 – 10'-0" travel lanes and 2'-0" shoulders.
