The purpose of the project is to construct reliable crossings of Route 1049 over branch of Little Crabtree Creek that will provide safe and efficient access across the stream to serve local residents, emergency providers, and maintain connectivity. Route 1049 (Twin Lakes Rd) traffic will be maintained with a detour during construction approximately 8 weeks a piece for each structure. Access to Twin Lakes Park and parking lots will be maintained during construction.
