    The Digital Delivery Program includes a collaborative initiative partnering with Higher Education institutions across the state.  The initiative includes the following objectives:

    • Enhance awareness of nation digital design implementation plans and activities.
    • Foster dialogue between PennDOT and the higher education community on competencies and capabilities of the digital workforce of the future.
    • Promote workforce opportunities for students interested in design, consulting, construction and related fields.  
    • Equip students with the knowledge, skills and abilities to succeed in an ever-changing landscape.
    • Connect with state and national activities in the industry and develop relationships with key players within the industry.
    • Be  on the cutting edge of the innovation in BIM and related fields.

    Vision and Mission for the partnership

    Digital 3-D workflows will be integrated in curricula across the Commonwealth.

    Mission is to provide a platform for educators and students to advance digital delivery through education, research and service activities.
