    The existing structure is a 3-cell metal pipe culvert carrying Allentown Road over a branch of Skippack Creek.  The project involves the replacement of the existing structure with a single-span precast reinforced concrete box culvert. The project also includes replacement of the guide rail, signing, and pavement markings. All traffic will be detoured during construction.
