    The project will reconfigure the intersection of Columbus Boulevard, Packer Avenue, and Delaware Avenue to improve safety, reduce congestion, and serve the growing needs of the Philadelphia ports in the area. Turning lanes will be adjusted and lengthened, the railroad grade crossing will be widened, and a new traffic signal will be installed.
