This Project is in Wyomissing Borough, Berks County at the interchange of US 422/222. The project involves safety and mobility improvements including replacing three signalized intersections along State Hill Road (SR 222 southbound ramps, SR 222 northbound ramps, and Spring Street/Granite Point) with multilane roundabouts, installing rectangular rapid flashing beacons for pedestrian crossings at roundabouts and providing a shared use path along the southern side of the corridor for pedestrians and bicyclists.

The project will be constructed using staged construction.

Public Meeting

A public meeting featuring a public plans display and project presentation was held October 20, 2025 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Wyomissing Hills Elementary Center Cafeteria, 110 Woodland Road, Wyomissing, PA 19610.

Public Comment Period

The public comment period, where the community was encouraged to respond with questions and concerns, was active from October 20, 2025 through November 20, 2025
