This Project is in Wyomissing Borough, Berks County at the interchange of US 422/222. The project involves safety and mobility improvements including replacing three signalized intersections along State Hill Road (SR 222 southbound ramps, SR 222 northbound ramps, and Spring Street/Granite Point) with multilane roundabouts, installing rectangular rapid flashing beacons for pedestrian crossings at roundabouts and providing a shared use path along the southern side of the corridor for pedestrians and bicyclists.

The project will be constructed using staged construction.
