This project involves safety improvements along the various sections of the Frankford Avenue corridor in the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The entire project will take place within the existing Right-of-Way and within the existing previously disturbed roadway/sidewalk areas. No Permanent Right-of-Way or Temporary Construction Easements are required for this project.

The funding for this project includes only federal funds. The project is currently in final design, and construction is estimated to begin in late 2026.
