    This project is located on Route 519 in Chartiers Township approximately two miles west of the Borough of Houston. The existing structure will be replaced with a precast reinforced concrete box culvert. Minor approach roadway reconstruction and drainage work will also be completed with this project. Construction is anticipated to take place during the summer under a two week detour of Route 519.
