The project will include the removal and reconstruction of the Route 653 (Scullton Road) Bridge over Laurel Hill Creek using accelerated bridge construction techniques. The Scullton Road (Route 653) roadway will be reconstructed on both approaches to the new bridge and a portion of T-342 (McGuire Road) will be reconstructed. The work is to be completed using a detour.
