The purpose of the project is to provide safer and more efficient travel conditions throughout the corridor by improving the pavement, integrating a two-way turn lane, adding dedicated right turn lanes, and upgrades to traffic signals and pedestrian crossings.
The project includes milling and paving of sections, full-depth pavement widening for the installation of a two-way left turn lane, addition of dedicated right turn lanes, traffic signal and pedestrian crossing upgrades, reconstruction of curbs, ADA ramp construction, construction of sidewalks at ADA ramps, improved signing and pavement markings, and drainage improvements.
Additional Project Information
Official detour routes have been created for Frutchey Drive, Pardees Loop, and Dublin Lane. All driveways to businesses and residences to remain open during construction.
