The project is located on Route 4005 (Old Pulaski Road) over a Tributary to the Shenango River in Pulaski Township, Lawrence County. The existing deteriorated culvert will be replaced with a new precast concrete box culvert, including minor approach roadway work. The project is expected to be in construction in the summer of 2027, and is expected to last 3-4 months in total.
Detour
Route 4005 will be closed and detoured during construction. The detour is 15 miles in length and is expected to last approximately 60 calendar days.
