PennDOT, the City of Philadelphia, and SEPTA are designing a project for roadway improvements along Roosevelt Boulevard from Broad Street to Pratt Street in Philadelphia. 

The Department is completing preliminary engineering, final design, and construction of the project. Preliminary engineering began in early 2024. 

This project will include bicycle, pedestrian and transit improvements, intersection and roadway modifications, bridge rehabilitations, resurfacing, pavement marking, traffic control, and traffic signal modifications along Roosevelt Boulevard.
