    In conjunction with the City of Philadelphia and SEPTA, PennDOT has initiated a design project for roadway improvements along Roosevelt Boulevard from Pratt Street to Old Lincoln Highway, in Philadelphia and Bucks Counties. 

    The Department will complete preliminary engineering, final design, and project construction​. Preliminary engineering began in mid-2024. 

    This project will include bicycle and pedestrian safety improvements, corridor access management, intersection and roadway modifications, pavement marking, traffic control, and traffic signal modifications along Roosevelt Boulevard.
