Refer to the map photo above or the county list below to find your local PennDOT Engineering District. Click the district link to view a list of active and proposed projects in that region where you can get the latest information on scope, timing, traffic impacts, public involvement opportunities, and more.

View Maps and Planning Data for PennDOT Projects

Another way to explore PennDOT's projects is through the GIS maps below. These maps are maintained by our Bureau of Planning, and house reporting data about aviation, rail, bridge, and transit projects across the Commonwealth. On each of these maps, you can click a dot that represents an individual project and access specific data for each project including construction costs, location on Google Street View, and PennDOT's Project ID number.

The TIP/TYP map linked above shows highway, bridge, transit and aviation projects identified on PennDOT's 2025-28 Transportation Improvement Program as well as our Twelve Year Plan.
