The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is informing drivers of delays on Old U.S. 220 / Route 3013 (Dunnings Highway) in Duncansville, Blair County, beginning Tuesday, April 28, 2026, for a project to replace the bridge over Blair Gap Run.
Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc., State College, Pa., is the lead contractor for the $5,136,136 project (Bid with the Route 3013 Dry Run bridge replacement project) that includes the replacement of the bridge over Blair Gap Run, as well as intersection improvement work, inlet repair, curb upgrades and milling and paving. The project is expected to be completed in October 2026.
As always, PennDOT stresses extra caution in all work zones. Drivers should drive slowly, eliminate all distractions, and stay alert for direction from advanced signage and flaggers.
