Public Meeting and Plans Display for Route 3013 (Sipes Mill Road) Bridge Over Tonoloway Creek Replacement Project in Belfast Township, Fulton County, Scheduled for February 17

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is developing plans for the Route 3013 (Sipes Mill Road) Bridge Replacement Project in Belfast Township, Fulton County.

The project will include replacing the existing reinforced concrete T-beam bridge that carries Route 3013 (Sipes Mill Road) over Tonoloway Creek with a single span prestressed reinforced concrete beam bridge.  It will also include minor approach paving and guiderail updates.  A detour will be implemented for both Route 3013 (Sipes Mill Road) and Route 4003 (Black Bear Road) during construction. 

For those interested in learning more about this project, a public meeting and plans display is scheduled for Tuesday, February 17, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Belfast Township Municipal Building, 323 Martin Road, Needmore, PA 17238.  The plans display will be conducted in an open house format. The purpose of this meeting is to provide the public an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed project.

The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone having special needs or requiring special aid is asked to contact PennDOT prior to the meeting.
