Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that utility pole replacement work is scheduled for next week on various routes in south central Pennsylvania.
Weather permitting, this work will be performed at these locations from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM starting Monday, March 16, and continuing through the week, including Saturday and Sunday, if needed. There will be lane closures with flagging during this work.
This work will be performed at the following locations:
- Allentown Boulevard (Route 22) from Hershey Road in West Hanover Township to Laudermilch Road in East Hanover Township, Dauphin County.
- Harrisburg Pike (Route 230) from Colebrook Road to Mill Road in Londonderry Township, Dauphin County.
- Schoolhouse Road (Route 2002) from Southfield Drive to Round Top Road in Londonderry Township, Dauphin County.
- Conrad Weiser Boulevard (Route 422) from College Street in Myerstown Borough, Lebanon County, to N. 3rd Street in Womelsdorf Borough, Berks County
- Teen Challenge Road from Godfrey Street to Church Street in North Tulpehocken Township, Berks County.
Travelers should be alert and drive with caution through the work zone.
