Sinkhole Repair Work Planned on Saturday, May 30, for Route 30 (Lincoln Highway) in Jackson Township, York County

Expect eastbound lane restrictions, possible delays.

Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that a contractor will repair a sinkhole on eastbound Route 30 (Lincoln Highway) between Stone Lane and Biesecker Road (Route 3061) in Jackson Township, York County.

These repairs will be performed on Saturday, May 30, from approximately 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There will be lane restrictions during work hours.

The contractor will return in a few weeks to ensure the repair has not settled, requiring additional work, and to pave the section of roadway that was excavated.
