Both intersections will become all-way stop configurations.

Harrisburg, PA The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that it will install new stop signs on Monday, June 8, at the Burkholder Road (Route 2014) and Pleasant Grove Road (Route 2016) intersections with Snyder Corner Road in Windsor Township, York County.

The work will consist of installing new stop signs on eastbound and westbound Burkholder Road and on eastbound and westbound Pleasant Grove Road at Snyder Corner Road, making both intersections all-way stop configurations.

These new stop conditions on Burkholder Road and Pleasant Grove Road will be marked by a “Stop Ahead” sign with a flashing amber light, as well as a flashing red light on the new stop sign. The amber light will remain in place for 30 days and the red light will remain in place for 60 days, after which time, the flashing lights will be removed. In addition, there will be a (VMS) variable message sign alerting motorists of the new stop condition on Burkholder Road.
