Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that a temporary daytime lane restriction is planned tomorrow near the Route 501 (College Street) bridge spanning Tulpehocken Creek between W. Richland Avenue and W. Center Avenue in Myerstown Borough, Lebanon County.
Weather permitting, work will be conducted Tuesday, April 28, from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. There will be lane restrictions with flagging during this work.
The bridge was closed for five months last year for replacement. Work includes minor roadway approach work and other miscellaneous construction.
Lobar Site Development, Inc., of Dillsburg, PA, is the contractor on this $2,074,301 project.
Travelers should be alert and drive with caution through the work zone.
