Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that the off-ramp from northbound Interstate 83 to 13th Street at Exit 44A in Harrisburg is open to traffic. The ramp was closed yesterday afternoon for emergency repairs. The pavement was damaged due to a sinkhole that developed under the ramp.
Repairs have been completed, and the ramp is open.
