Route 222 Bridges over Route 322 at Ephrata in Lancaster County to be Inspected

Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today an inspection is scheduled for the northbound and southbound Route 222 bridges spanning Route 322 at Ephrata in Lancaster County.

Weather permitting, the inspection will be performed from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Tuesday, December 2. There will be left lane restrictions in both directions of Route 322 between the Route 222 on and off ramps.

The eastbound Route 322 left (outside) lane will be closed from 9:00 AM to noon. The westbound Route 322 left (outside) lane will be closed from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM.

Travelers are reminded to be alert for these operations, to obey work zone signs, and to use caution when driving through work zones for their safety, as well as for the safety of the inspection crews.
