Yardley Borough Sewer Improvement Scheduled on Main Street in Bucks County

King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that Yardley Borough will be performing sewer improvements on Main Street in Bucks County beginning on Tuesday, March 10.

Drivers are advised of the following travel restriction:

  • Tuesday, March 10, and Wednesday, March 11, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Main Street will be closed and detoured between College Avenue and South Street. During the closure, passenger vehicles will be directed to use Route 332 (Afton Avenue), Route 32 (Delaware Avenue/River Road), and Black Rock Road. Trucks will be directed to use Mount Eyre Road, Route 32 (Delaware Avenue/Rive Road), and Black Rock Road.

Local access will be maintained at all times. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
