King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that East Brandywine Township will perform sewer installation on Guthriesville Road in Chester County.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Tuesday, May 26, through Tuesday, June 9, Guthriesville Road will be closed and detoured 24 hours a day Mondays through Saturdays between Quail Hill Lane and Brookhaven Lane. During the closure, drivers will be directed to use Little Washington Road and U.S. 322 (Horseshoe Pike).
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
East Brandywine Township will complete this work under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
