Philadelphia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that crack sealing operations will occur next week on I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway), I-95, and I-676 in Philadelphia.
Drivers are advised of the following travel restrictions:
- Monday, August 10, through Saturday, August 15, from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, a lane closure will be in place on I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway) between Grays Ferry Avenue and Snyder Avenue.
- Monday, August 10, through Saturday, August 15, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, a lane closure will be in place on I-95 between the Academy Road Interchange and the Bucks County line.
- Thursday, August 13, through Friday, August 21, from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, a lane closure will be in place on I-676 between I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway) and 21st Street.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
