King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that base repair operations will close a section of Lederach Road in Lower Salford and Upper Salford townships, Montgomery County.
Weather permitting, motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Monday, May 4, and Tuesday, May 5, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Lederach Road will be closed and detoured weekdays between Haldeman Road and Schwenksville Road. During the closure, drivers will be directed to use Haldeman Road, Salfordville Road/Old Skippack Road, and Schwenksville Road.
Local access will be maintained at all times. School buses and emergency services will be permitted access through the work zone.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area or along the detour route because backups and delays may occur.
