King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that Aqua Pennsylvania will perform utility construction on Eagle Road/Drexel Avenue in Haverford Township, Delaware County.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Monday, February 2, through Thursday, April 30, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Eagle Road/Drexel Avenue will be closed and detoured weekdays between Glen Terrace and Dill Road. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use U.S. 1 (Township Line Road), Darby Road, and Route 3 (West Chester Pike).
Local access will be maintained. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays may occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
Aqua Pennsylvania will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
