Philadelphia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that roadway repair will occur at night this week on I-95 in South Philadelphia.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Thursday, November 13, through Friday, November 21, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, weeknight lane closures will be in place on northbound and southbound I-95 between the southbound exit to Bartram Avenue/Essington Avenue (Exit 14) and the northbound exit to Bartram Avenue/Cargo City (Exit 10).
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because significant backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
