PennDOT Reopens Swan Road Following Bridge Repair in West Sadsbury Township

King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that the bridge carrying Swan Road over Officers Run in West Sadsbury Township, Chester County, has reopened following repair. The bridge had been closed since Friday, October 10, after a vehicular crash caused damage to the structure.

Built in 1916, the 60-foot-long, 22-foot-wide, two-span, stone arch bridge, carries approximately 2,465 vehicles per day.
