King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that PECO Energy will be performing utility construction on Green Lane in Bristol Borough and Bristol Township, Bucks County, beginning Friday, October 10.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Friday, October 10, through Sunday, October 12, from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, Green Lane will be closed between U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike) and Wilson Avenue. During the closure, motorists will be directed to U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike), Beaver Street, Pond Street, Farragut Avenue, and Green Lane.
Local access will be maintained. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
PECO Energy will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
