King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that Carlino Developers will perform sewer installation on Guthriesville Road in East Brandywine Township, Chester County, beginning Wednesday, October 15.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Wednesday, October 15, through Tuesday, December 23, Guthriesville Road will be closed and detoured 24 hours weekdays between Brookhaven Lane and Quail Hill Lane. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Guthriesville Road, Little Washington Road, and U.S. 322 (Horseshoe Pike).
Local access will be maintained. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
Carlino Developers will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
