King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that bridge washing is scheduled on U.S. 1 North (Media Bypass) in Middletown and Upper Providence townships, Delaware County, beginning Sunday, November 16.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Sunday, November 16, through Friday, November 21, from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, U.S. 1 North (Media Bypass) will be closed between Baltimore Pike and Route 252 (Providence Road). During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Baltimore Pike and Route 252 (Providence Road).
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
