King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that base repair operations are planned on two state highways in Bucks County.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:
- Tuesday, August 12, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Railroad Avenue will be closed between Walter Road and Barry Road in New Britain Township. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Walter Road, New Galena Road, and Barry Road.
- Wednesday, August 13, through Friday, August 29, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Stump Road will be closed between Route 313 (Dublin Pike) and Route 611 (Easton Road) in Plumstead Township. During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Route 313 (Dublin Pike), Curley Hill Road, and Route 611 (Easton Road).
Local access will be maintained. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
