    Restriction: Workers will begin implementing a new traffic pattern. Work to begin the new traffic pattern will begin Monday night (June 29) and be in place Tuesday morning (June 30). The new pattern will have a permanent second through lane on Tilghman Street east between Hausman and Parkway Roads. This is part of the ongoing PA 309/Tilghman Street Interchange Reconstruction Project that began in the fall of 2024 and is anticipated to be complete in March 2030.     Restriction: The closed Route 309 south ramp to Tilghman Street east will open. The ramp was closed in August 2025 for interchange reconstruction. Workers will begin removing barriers Monday night (June 29) and the ramp will open Tuesday morning (June 30). This ramp will need to be closed again at some point in 2027 for additional work in that area of the interchange. This is part of the ongoing PA 309/Tilghman Street Interchange Reconstruction Project that began in the fall of 2024 and is anticipated to be complete in March 2030.
