    PennDOT Announces the Publication of the September 2025 Public Meeting Summary for the Skinners Falls Bridge in Wayne County

    Dunmore, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Engineering District 4 announces the publication of the September 2025 Public Meeting Summary for Route 1002, Section 651, Skinners Falls Bridge over the Delaware River project located in Damascus Township, Wayne County.  The document includes response to agency and public comments received during the public comment period.
