Dunmore, PA – There will be lane restrictions on Interstate 81 northbound and southbound in Lackawanna County next week as follows:
- Sunday, May 17 from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, there will be traffic slowdowns beginning on Interstate 81 southbound between the Interstate 81 and Interstate 84 split in Dunmore to River Street in Scranton as part of the ongoing Interstate 81 and Interstate 84 paving project.
- Monday, May 18 and Tuesday, May 19 from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM crews will be setting barriers on Interstate 81 southbound from the Interstate 81 and Interstate 84 split in Dunmore to the Biden Expressway in Scranton.
- Tuesday, May 19 and Wednesday, May 20 from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM crews will be extending the barriers on Interstate 81 northbound from the Bunker Hill bridge to the Interstate 81 and Interstate 84 split in Dunmore.
