    Road Surface Improvements Will Require Lane Restrictions on Route 380 Northbound in Lackawanna County

    Dunmore, PA – There will be driving lane restrictions/closure on Route 380 northbound in Lackawanna County between the Gouldsboro (Exit 13) and Daleville/Moscow (Exit 19) on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM for concrete surface repairs, weather permitting.

    When encountering a work zone, please drive the posted speed limit, turn on your headlights, pay close attention to signs and flaggers, and avoid all distractions. In high-traffic locations, motorists are encouraged to use both lanes of travel to the merge point and take turns merging into the open lane.
