    5 PM Update (OPEN) Upper Road Closed in East Cameron Township, Northumberland County Due to Crash

    5:00 PM Update:  Upper Road is now open in East Cameron Township, Northumberland County.

    Montoursville, PA – Drivers are advised that Upper Road (Route 2044) is closed between Route 125 and Point Breeze Road (Route 3004) in East Cameron Township, Northumberland County due to a truck crash with downed utilities.

    A detour is in place using Route 125 and Point Breeze Road. Upper Road is expected to be closed for several hours. Drivers should follow the detour and drive with caution in the area.
