    9:30 AM UPDATE Traffic Signal Outage on Routes 11/15 in Shamokin Dam Borough, Snyder County

    9:30 AM UPDATE Traffic Signal at Intersection of Routes 11/15 and West 11th Ave. in Shamokin Dam Borough Snyder County is now operational.

    Montoursville, PA – PennDOT advises drivers of a traffic signal outage at the intersection of Routes 11/15 and West 11th Avenue in Shamokin Dam Borough, Monroe Township, Snyder County.

    Drivers traveling Routes 11/15 north and south should use caution when traveling through the intersection and be alert for vehicles entering and existing the side street. Traffic on West 11th Avenue should stop and proceed with caution.

    Shamokin Dam Borough and the contractor have been advised of the traffic signal outage and are working to resolve the issue.

    Drivers can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,200 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional X alerts.
