Soil Remediation Tomorrow on Interstate 80 in Mifflin Township, Columbia County

Montoursville, PA – Drivers are advised a soil remediation project will take place tomorrow on Interstate 80 eastbound in Mifflin Township, Columbia County.

On Thursday, May 21, an environmental contractor will be cleaning the eastbound shoulder at the rest area entrance ramp at mile marker 245 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The entrance ramp will be shortened to accommodate the work zone.

Drivers can expect moderate delays entering the rest area and should pay attention to slow moving traffic and construction vehicles entering and exiting the roadway.
