Soil Remediation Project Next Week on Route 15 SB in Lycoming County

Montoursville, PA – Drivers who travel Route 15 southbound in Jackson and Cogan House townships, Lycoming County are advised a soil remediation project will take place next week.

Beginning Tuesday, April 7, an environmental contractor will be working just south of the Route 284/Buttonwood interchange. Drivers can expect the left (passing) lane and shoulder to be restricted. Work will take place between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and is expected to be completed on Friday, April 10, weather permitting.

Drivers should slow down, watch for construction vehicles entering and exiting the roadway, and drive with caution in the area. Moderate delays can be expected during work hours.
