Montoursville, PA – Ryan Singer is the District Office Employee of the Quarter for the second quarter, 2026.
Ryan serves as an Information Technology (IT) Generalist 2 for the Office of Administration, assigned to Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 3. In this role, he is the unit lead worker providing technical knowledge and experience needed to guide co-workers, assisting with service desk tickets, assigning and handling any day-to-day issues and tasks.
He brings strong skills, and a willingness to help others which contributes to the success of the group. Ryan is a key contributor to the team and very valued on many fronts across the districts and IT enterprise.
Ryan is known for his hard work and professionalism, offering invaluable help and providing excellent service to the department, all while doing so in a friendly manner.
Ryan first served as an intern for the Commonwealth from 2005-2008, becoming a full-time employee in January 2008. Ryan grew up in Montoursville and now lives in the Montgomery area with his wife Natalie and their seven-year-old daughter Myra. In his spare time, he enjoys playing pickleball, especially with Myra, and going to the shooting range.
