8:00 PM UPDATE: Route 15 northbound is open in Snyder County.
Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that both lanes of Route 15 northbound are closed between Route 11, at the split, and Victor Lane, in Shamokin Dam, Monroe Township, Snyder County, due to a vehicle crash.
A detour using Route 11, Route 405, and Route 147 is in place. Motorists should expect delays in travel and avoid the area, if possible.
