Montoursville, PA – Starting on Monday, January 12, motorists traveling Route 15 northbound should be alert for crews working along the shoulder approximately 2 miles north of the Exit 148 (Route 14/Trout Run) interchange in Lewis Township, Lycoming County.
The contractor, Power Contracting Company, will begin excavating the existing shoulder, installing guide rail, and placing backfill. Work will be performed outside the right (driving) lane shoulder on weekdays during daylight hours. Traffic is not expected to be impacted, but motorists are reminded to be alert, slow down, and drive with caution while work is being performed. Work on this project is expected to be completed by the end of February 2026, weather permitting.
